At Purdey, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box along with the return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
